The Eagleswood Township Elementary School District offers services for preschool
handicapped children who turn three years old at any time during the current school year.
Children may be eligible for preschool handicapped services if they are preschool age (3-5) and have a physical, developmental, mental, emotional or speech delay. We also offer a full day 4 year old program for all students (limited space).
If you think your child may be appropriate for this program, please fill out the information
requested below and return it to the Child Study Team. If you have any questions, you may call
